01 · The problem

Three sites should not mean three email accounts.

With three accounts With one
Logins

Three accountsThree usernames, three password resets, three places to look before you find the campaign you sent last month.

OneOne login. A switcher in the sidebar moves you between sites; each one keeps its own contacts, forms, automations and team.

Invoices

Three accountsThree subscriptions, each with its own free-tier ceiling, each creeping up as a site grows.

OneOne plan for the account. Contacts and emails are added up across every workspace and checked against one limit.

Domains

Three accountsDNS set up three times from three help pages, and a shared sending address on the site nobody got round to.

OneEach workspace verifies its own domain and signs with it. The set-up page names your DNS provider and the exact records to add.

Unsubscribe lists

Three accountsThree suppression lists in three tools, and nobody checks the third before an import.

OneOne suppression list per site, all under one login, checked on every import and every API call before anything can send.

Sending reputation

Three accountsA shared reputation with no way to see which site is doing the damage.

OneEvery site sends from its own domain, and if one crosses the complaint or bounce line, that workspace is the one that pauses.

So what does one site’s email look like inside a workspace? Follow one visitor.

02 · How it works

One visitor's path through a workspace.

Every step is a real object in the workspace: the form, the list, the automation and the domain that signs the message.

The marks are the ones the automation builder uses: FM form · TR trigger · WT wait · IF condition · EM email · +T tag

Ten triggers, timed and branching steps, and every run logged. How automations work.

That is the diagram. Rather than take our word for it, run the first step yourself.

03 · The proof

Subscribe, and watch the send happen.

The form on the left is a SendBeam form. The activity on the right is what a workspace shows its owner. Between them is the whole product.

A real SendBeam form

This is our monthly note, on a double opt-in list: one confirmation email, nothing else until you click it. Unsubscribe in one click.

Your row appears here the moment you subscribe.

That was one form and one send. Every workspace gets the rest.

04 · What every site gets

Everything a site needs to email, nothing it doesn't.

All of it built for a medium with rules, because email has them.

Every behaviour is documented: features, the docs and the API reference.

05 · Built for a regulated medium

Email is a regulated medium. We built for that.

Consent, and double opt-in

Any list can be double opt-in, and on the Free plan every list is. The source, time and IP of each confirmation are kept against the contact, so you can show where permission came from, and they travel with the contact when you export.

One-click unsubscribe on every message

Every marketing message carries the List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post headers as well as a visible link. A one-click unsubscribe takes effect immediately, and a suppressed address cannot be imported back or re-added through the API.

Sending health that acts on the numbers

Every workspace’s recent sending is measured against clear complaint and bounce limits, and the limits are deliberately stricter than the mailbox providers’. Cross the warning line and the workspace’s admins hear about it; cross the pause line and that workspace stops sending automatically, on a real sample and never on a single complaint, before it can damage the sites around it.

Your data stays yours

Export contacts, lists and consent evidence at any time, and an admin can export or delete a whole workspace under Settings without asking us. Built in the UK, with a data processing agreement on Business. The acceptable use policy says the rest.

One more thing before you start: what it costs, and what it never costs.

06 · Pricing
