How each comparison is made.
- 01 Dated and sourcedEvery price carries the date it was checked (4 September 2026) and the page it was read from. Where a rival fills its pricing page by script we say which 2026 breakdown the numbers came from, and anything we could not cross-check is flagged on the page.
- 02 The rival gets its own sectionEach comparison has a "Where they are better" section written to be true, not polite. If that section describes what you need, stay where you are.
- 03 Same sizes, one site and threePrices are compared at 500, 2,500, 10,000, 25,000 contacts, for one site and for three, because the three-site column is where multi-site billing shows. The rival column follows how that platform bills several sites; the SendBeam column is the pooled account plan that fits.
- 04 Cheapest plan without brandingRival prices are the cheapest plan that removes the platform's badge, billed monthly in US dollars. Where the free plan covers the size we say so and show the paid price alongside.
