Reviews on Capterra and Trustpilot are just as welcome, but those sites do not allow rewarded reviews, so we do not offer anything for them.

How it works
Three steps, and a person on our end.
- 01 Write the reviewOn G2 if you would like the free month, in your own words. Say what you use SendBeam for, what works and what does not. Reviews on Capterra and Trustpilot are just as welcome, but those sites do not permit rewarded reviews, so we do not offer anything for them.
- 02 Send us the linkEmail hello@sendbeam.io from the address on your SendBeam account with a link to the published review.
- 03 We apply the creditA person checks the review is live and applies one free month of your current plan to your account within 3 business days. On the Free plan you get a month of Starter instead.
Free plan: the reward is one month of Starter, so you get five workspaces, no footer badge and 2,500 contacts to try. Paid plans: one month of whatever you are on today, as a credit against your next invoice.
Honesty rules
What we will and will not do.
Review sites police incentives for good reason. These rules keep your review, and our listing, on the right side of them.
- We never ask for a star rating
- The reward is for the review, not the score. Three stars with a clear reason is worth more to us and to the next reader than five stars with none.
- Negative reviews qualify
- If SendBeam let you down, say so. We will still apply the credit, and we will probably reply to ask what we can fix.
- One reward per account
- Review anywhere you like; the credit applies once per SendBeam account, and only for a G2 review. Referral credits are separate and stack.
- Disclose it
- Review sites ask whether you received anything for your review. Answer yes and say a month of service. We would rather lose a review than have one removed.
- The credit is applied by hand
- There is no button and no automation behind this yet. A person reads your email, checks the link, and applies the month. That is why it can take up to 3 business days.
Referrals
Know someone who runs a site or three? Both of you get a month.
Refer a site owner who subscribes to a paid plan and we apply one free month of each of your current plans, yours and theirs. This is manual for now: once they have subscribed, either of you emails hello@sendbeam.io with both account emails, and we apply the credits within 3 business days. There is no referral link, no dashboard and no cap on how many people you can refer; each one who subscribes earns a month.
Questions
The small print, in full.
- How does the free month work?
- Your next invoice is reduced by one month of your current plan, applied as a credit on your account. It does not extend a period you have already paid for; it pays for the next one. If you are on the Free plan, your account is moved to Starter for one month and back to Free afterwards unless you choose to stay.
- Do I have to give SendBeam a good review?
- No. We do not ask for, suggest or reward a particular rating. An honest negative review qualifies for the same credit as a positive one.
- Can I be rewarded more than once?
- One review credit per SendBeam account, ever, even if you review on more than one site. Referral credits are separate: each site owner you refer who subscribes to a paid plan earns you, and them, a month.
- How do referrals work?
- Tell someone who runs a website about SendBeam. When they sign up and subscribe to a paid plan, both of you email hello@sendbeam.io saying who referred whom, and we apply a month of each of your current plans. It is manual for now; there is no referral link or dashboard yet.
- What if my review is removed by the site?
- Review sites remove reviews they cannot verify or that break their rules. If yours is removed after we have applied the credit, the credit stays. If it never goes live, there is nothing to reward yet; tell us and we will wait.
- Why is the free month only for G2?
- Because the three sites have different rules and we would rather follow them than lose your review. G2 permits an incentive that is offered regardless of rating and disclosed by the reviewer. Trustpilot does not allow incentivised reviews at all: its reviewer guidelines say you are not eligible to write a review if you have been offered a discount, freebie or any other benefit for it. Capterra runs its own review-collection programme rather than letting vendors reward reviews directly. So the month is for G2 only, and reviews on the other two are unrewarded and just as welcome.
