The billing questions people ask.
- What happens if I reach my monthly email limit?
- Sending pauses until the month resets or you upgrade. Nothing is lost; queued campaigns resume.
- What happens at the contact limit?
- Sending to existing contacts continues. New signups and imports pause until you upgrade or remove contacts.
- Do I need my own email service?
- No. Delivery is included and managed for you; there are no API keys to set up.
- Can I change plans?
- Any time. Upgrades apply within seconds. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then becomes a free account.
- Which currency am I billed in?
- SendBeam sells in US dollars, pounds, Australian dollars and Canadian dollars. You are shown the currency for your country, and you can switch it with the control above the plan. The amount shown is the amount charged.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing page. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then becomes a free account. There is no contract.
